There are not that many sites that I recommend that people visit but have noticed that I have not out up any recommendations for a long time.
A few of those that are worth a visit are
- http://thepaleodiet.com/ Dr Cordain’s research in into the evolution of our species and information we can learn from that about diet and nutrition.
- http://whfoods.org/ George Mateljan runs a non-profit foundation helping people to make better food choices.
- http://www.happyherbalist.com/alkaline_acid_balance.htm Ed Kasper helps people to understand why some foods are not really recommended because of the digestive by-products.
- And last, but by no means least is http://escholarship.org/uc/uclabiolchem_nutritionnoteworthy This is a journal published by the University of California with notworthy information on nutrition coming out of research.
